Most of these oil paintings were painted in 2018 and are depicting a specific area in the Cleveland Metro Parks near the Rocky River Reservation. I visit this site every year in the fall for inspiration and take dozens of reference photos. Although I have seen the same trees every year they always seem to surprise me.
