This 32″ x 40″ oil painting is probably one of my favorite ones of 2020. If you know me at all you know that I am a fan of the color purple. It seems to make its way into most of my work and for this one, is the dominating color. The scene is depicting an area new Squires Castle. It was the first time I had visited the area. I enjoyed the small hike around the winding paths behind the castle. The light was beautiful that day with the sunshine just peaking through the trees.
