78th Street Studio artist Eileen Dorsey is showing this month at the Akron Art Prize, an arts competition where the public votes for their favorite piece of art. Visit Akron Glass Works (106 N. Main St. in Akron) where Eileen’s painting Forest Triptych is on exhibit, and vote for her painting (smartphone users can download the new Akron Art Prize 2014 app, useable only on location in downtown Akron). Gallery hours are Thursday- Saturday 12-9 and Sunday 12-6. Results will be announced Saturday, October 4 in the grand lobby of the Akron Art Museum.
